LMD
is a fully integrated warehousing,
distribution, and logistics company
offering services to the domestic
and international communities. Established
in 1983 by Mr. Louis M. Diblosi
Jr., LMD has continued to grow and
expand not only the services it
offers but also the locations to
serve from. Initially specializing
in hazardous commodities, LMD has
diversified to almost any commodity
imaginable from Beer to Toys, from
Appliances to high valued electronics.

Mr. Diblosi opened the business
in the Newark area of New Jersey
but has expanded to Dallas, Texas,
and Rancho Dominguez, California. In addition
the company has established partnership
relations with similar type companies
in many other cities.
In January 1999, LMD acquired a
California based Logistics firm
bringing almost 25 years of experience
and staff to the company. This expansion
has not only enhanced the services
to existing customers but offers
a broader range of services to new
Clients. This has taken the company
to the International level of exposure.
LMD can now offer full service distribution
services to Overseas manufacturers
that have no physical presence within
North America from point of manufacture
to final customer delivery including
intermediate stocking locations.
Continually enhancing its technology,
LMD early on in its development,
purchased a software system to meet
the growing needs of its customers.
This was at a time when WMIS was
meaningless to most. This technology
has been continually upgraded to
provide the latest technological
services. In mid 2002, the company
went through an upgrade in software
and hardware. EDI and Internet access
have proven to be invaluable.
The staff at LMD is comprised of
individuals with a vast amount of
experience and expertise in various
facets of warehousing, distribution,
and transportation. The logistics
group, based in Rancho Dominguez, CA can
provide most of the services required
in the ever changing world of freight
movement. In addition, they emit
a feeling of concern for the customer
that Is beyond the norm. Customers
become friends forever. Customer
service is the cornerstone of our
company's philosophy.
With combined revenues in 2002 exceeding
$22.5 million, and a team of over
150, LMD continues to maintain quality
as its primary goal. Our feeling
